Guanajuato, MX

We traveled to Guanajuato at the homie Carlos's suggestion. A two night side trip quickly became a 5 day marathon of supreme chilling and festivities during the town's Dia de las Flores annual celebration...

The Homies, walking into the sunset

Every building painted a different set of colors...

Local Brothers

Basilica Colegiata de Nuestra SeƱora de Guanajuato

One example of many...

We took a trip to a high up vantage point...

Guanajuato proper (stitched)

Mercado Hidalgo...

The bros in and around town...

Getting Directions

"Palos de Carne" (a spit of al pastor)

"We are going there"

Dom as some flowers

Omid as a door

Don't get me started about the food...my record for one evening was 12 tacos al pastor and I had to stop myself...

Dia de las Flores

The festival of flowers coincided with our trip so we stayed to celebrate. All day and night the town is up eating and drinking and all the men are buying flowers to give to all the women...it was a blast.
