new and old 35mm shots

below are select shots from 3 separate rolls and 3 separate cameras over the past several months, in several locations...

I like this pic - it sums up a lot of HHAB memories in one frame: Dom, the ice cream man, the bus

September in NYC

The following is (mostly) a collection of sights and places I passed by every day walking to and from my apartment on W 92nd and Broadway.

My building

My subway stop, W 96th and Broadway

Local newstand owner. This is where I would get the occasional paper.

Amazing pizza right down the street. Always my last stop after a night out.

Just had to visit...

The Sturgeon King

more to come as it is developed...

recents, all home developed

Developing at home with Leila in bursts...including our first 120 film. I think we need to use more developer volume for these larger negatives - it looks like the liquid is pooling at the bottom of the tank and developing the left side of the frame more (which is why it appears lighter). As for the 35 mm, we are getting faster with them, better at drying them without watermarks too, although you can still appreciate some inconsistencies in the flat grey tones where there might be some residual photoflow..? Not sure. But overall looking better.
